MEET THE TEAM AT BAYSIDE SPINE & PERFORMANCE

DR. GEORGE TABIB
Chiropractic Physician | Founder
Dr. George Tabib is the founder of Bayside Spine & Performance and a chiropractic physician focused on helping patients move better, recover from injury, and stay active.
Throughout his career, Dr. Tabib has had the opportunity to treat hundreds of professional athletes, including NFL and MLB players, as well as collegiate athletes, competitive athletes, and active adults. That experience has shaped his approach to patient care: thorough evaluation, individualized treatment, and a focus on identifying the underlying factors contributing to pain, injury, or limitations in movement.
His treatment approach combines chiropractic care with manual therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, therapeutic exercise, and advanced recovery technologies including focused shockwave therapy, Class IV laser therapy, Winback TECAR therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Rather than relying on a single treatment or simply addressing symptoms, Dr. Tabib uses the tools best suited to each patient's individual needs and goals.
Dr. Tabib earned his bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Public Health from the University of South Florida before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at National University of Health Sciences. He also completed additional training and certification in acupuncture and continues to incorporate evidence-informed treatment and rehabilitation strategies into his practice.
Whether working with a professional athlete preparing for competition or someone simply trying to get back to the activities they enjoy, Dr. Tabib brings the same level of attention, individualized care, and commitment to every patient.

DR. CAMERON STAMM
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Cameron Stamm is a chiropractic physician with a background in competitive athletics and a passion for helping patients move better, recover from injury, and stay active.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Dr. Stamm attended Averett University, where she competed as a collegiate athlete in both softball and golf while earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and completed additional training and certification in dry needling.
Drawing from both her clinical training and experience as a collegiate athlete, Dr. Stamm takes an individualized, movement-focused approach to care. Her treatments may incorporate chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation based on each patient's specific condition, goals, and examination findings.
Rather than focusing solely on where a patient is experiencing pain, Dr. Stamm works to identify the factors contributing to the problem and develop a treatment plan designed to improve movement, support recovery, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy.
